It’s located in a small village in Hungary, called Misefa. It’s a very nice place in west part of Hungary. It’s near the “Hungarian sea”, Lake Balaton, only 30 km. And other warm water-, spa places, like Hévíz, Zalakaros, Kehidakustány, Lenti (20-30 km).
Area: 1502 m2; includes the house, outbuilding, court, and garage.
Living space is 13x13 m, with two self contained flats, with staircase courtside.

Upstairs: (the staircase belongs to the flat upstairs, 25m2)
The staircase ends in a winter garden, there is the front door. Upstairs are 3 rooms (2 bedrooms 12m2, and 1 spare room 16m2). The living room is detached with arches (24m2), and here is an American kitchen too. The bathroom is with corner-bath and douche, and with separated toilet. The living room is with a terrace, to the front side of the house.
The garage is for two cars. In the outbuilding are 3 places (they functioned earlier as a buffet, with storeroom, and office)
